Seal & Cut Models

Features:

• Same as standard models but includes a sliding blade to cut excess material 1/4” from the seal
• Perfect for sealing and cutting roll bag or plastic tubing, or for a closely trimmed edge

Holding Magnet Models

Features:

• Increases productivity and provides best quality seal with limited variations in quality
• Dual timers allow for semi-automatic sealing – helping to reduce fatigue, muscle effort and provide secure seal
• Set one timer for sealing (electric impulse) and second timer for congealing (cooling)
• Press down scissor-action arm and built-in magnet holds the sealing arm

• Programmable sealing for consistent and perfect bag sealing
• Operator sets impulse fusing (heating) time and congealing (cooling and pressing) time
• Select automatic sequencing (re-cycling) for timed seals; or
• Select manual for sealing by pressing an electric foot switch – either choice gives the same programmed seal

Single/Double Seal Models

• Operator selects single wire element seal (standard bottom wire sealing) for bags up to 8mil thick or
• Operator selects double wire element seal (bottom and top wires that are positioned over each other) for bags up to 20mil thick
• Use manual mode with electric foot switch or select automatic mode for repeating cycle sealing
• Use for sealing several thicknesses of bags and/or materials
• Available with a 5mm width seal or 10mm width seal
