KF-300HC 12″, 2mm Seal Width Impulse Arm Sealer with Cutter
Table top impulse arm sealers provide a quick, efficient, and low cost means for sealing any type of thermoplastic or poly film materials. Sealing bags insures your products stay fresh and clean and all items in the bag make it to the customer.
The adjustable timer allows for the different thickness in bags. To use the sealer, place the bag across the Teflon covered heating wire, press the arm down, watch the red light turn on then off or listen to the unit cycle, continue to hold the arm down for 2 seconds after the cycle completes so the seal congeals, slide the cutter left and right to cut excess material, than raise the arm and remove the sealed bag.
KF impulse hand sealers seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently without any warm-up time. Depending on the model of the machine, material up to 20” wide and 20mil total thickness can be sealed. The sealers are equipped with a plug-in electronic timer which controls the different sealing times needed for the varying thicknesses of different materials. KF hand sealers w/ a sliding cutter allow you to seal and cut in one easy step. Available in 8”, 12”, 16”, 20” with a 2mm, 2.6mm, 5mm, or 10mm seal width. Manufacturers’ kit includes two elements, two PTFE covers, and a blade.
Easy to Operate: Set the timer; insert the bag between the sealing bars, then press down and release. We recommend that the user hold the sealing arm down for an additional second or two to ensure enough time for the bag to set and cool. Slide the cutting bracket to cut your bag.
