Electric Label Dispensers

Three Sizes Available

Features:

• Label feeds upwards in a vertical position – Operator pulls the label off the liner
• 10” is recommended as a maximum length although longer lengths can be dispensed
• Wire feeler on micro-switch makes contact with next label and cuts power – available on TAL250 and TAL450
• Photosensitive Eye (PE) Sensor – available on all 3 sizes – photo eye sees next label and stops motor
• Note: Photosensitive Eye is ineffective with clear labels, shadow is needed to trigger sensor (optional Deluxe PE can read clear labels)
• All metal construction, putty colored powder coat finish, 110v heavy-duty motor with overload protection

Available Sizes:

TAL250 (for label widths up to 2-1/2”)

TAL450 (for label widths up to 4-1/2”)

TAL750 (for label widths up to 7-1/2”)

• Control knob allows operator to adjust the amount of label feed
• Note: Photosensitive Eye is ineffective with clear labels, shadow is needed to trigger sensor
• All metal construction with black finish, 110v motor

KL100(for label widths up to 4-1/4”)

KL150(for label widths up to 6”)

Two Sizes Available

Features:

• Optical Reader (light beam) sees the next label and motor stops (a light beam is broken by the label)

Note: Optical Reader (round shape) can see clear and opaque (printed) labels

• Control knob allows operator to adjust the amount of label feed
• Metal frame construction with superior electronics and black finish, 110v brake-type motor

Available Sizes:

SH402TR

• Specially designed for small/miniature labels of any shape, up to 2” width
• Features a special extra-sharp separator plate
• Can be positioned so labels feed horizontally or vertically

SH404TR

• Dispenses up to 5-1/4” label width
• Label feeds forward in a horizontal position – Operator lifts the label off the liner

Two Sizes Available

Features:

• U45 and U60S have a 115v 50rpm motor
• U60 has faster motor (90rpm) more suitable for larger labels, particularly those longer than 4 inches
• Label feeds forward in a horizontal position – Operator lifts label off the liner
• Wide blade on micro-switch makes contact with the next label cutting power
• Metal frame with plastic motor cover, black finish
